Company

a pioneering company and leader in the development of fibre-reinforced mortars, has developed PANELTOR, a panel composed of a mortar reinforced with fibreglass and other materials, with standard measurements of 122 x 47 in and 145 x 47 in with standard thicknesses between 0.39-0.78 in

As a world novelty, PANELTOR incorporates in its 12mm thick matrix threaded bushes of metric 8, to which hangers are screwed that make its fixing system hidden, simple and fast. In addition, for its 0.39 in panels it incorporates a visible fixing system or glued together with the support.

Innovation

HIDDEN FIXING SYSTEM, ETA 17/0708 

To meet the demands of its customers and the market in general, PANELTOR® has developed and patented a hidden anchorage system. This system is composed of caps inserted in the panel during its manufacture, thus the cap is an intrinsic part of the piece providing the hidden anchorage system, then the panel is fixed to the ventilated facade system.

The hidden system PANELTOR® has the ETA 17/0708 which certifies the safety of the system at European level, being able to fix any type of panels offered, making a preliminary study in the case of custom panels for projects and thus ensure the safety of the system. The panels can be placed vertically, horizontally, diagonally, overhangs and inclinations.

PANELTOR® for its ventilated façade activity has implemented a Quality Plan in compliance with the company’s Quality Management System, certified by SGS with Company Registration Certificate number ES-12/11347, in accordance with the standard UNE-EN ISO 9001.

The factory where the described panels are manufactured has implemented a Quality Plan in compliance with the provisions of the Company’s Quality Assurance System. This system complies with the requirements of the Spanish Standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, according to the Company Registration Certificate ES12/11347 issued by SGS.

p align=”justify”>The frequencies of internal controls on raw materials, manufacturing procedures and finished products are established in the internal procedures of self-control with the knowledge of IETcc.

p align=”justify”>Any manufacturing defect detected in the traceability of the product, originates a “Non Conformity” report that is processed conveniently for the correction of the detected problem.

Sustainability

PANELTOR FIBER’s R+D+i activity in the field of glass fibre reinforced cements is constantly evolving and expanding, as the properties and possibilities of this material provide us with a fertile field for research, development of new products, designs and solutions for the construction and decoration sector.

All the research and development work of PANELTOR FIBER is aimed at increasing sustainable development through the development of products containing higher acoustic and thermal properties, as well as the possible use of raw materials from waste, thus preventing them from ending up in landfill or being incinerated.

PANELTOR® SURFACES

PANELTOR® has many possibilities for exterior or interior panels, can create panels with geometric shapes, to reproduce finishes and textures within the wide range of colours in mass or in personalised colours.

PANELTOR® has a line of perforated panels for solar protection and building design. The perforations can be designed at the will of the architect and are made in a mold, without mechanization. These panels can be used for interiors as room dividers.

 

PANELTOR® SOLUTIONS

In PANELTOR® we know that each architectural and interior design project is unique, our technical department is at your disposal to resolve your doubts regarding panels that can provide constructive solutions and anchoring systems.

Thanks to its production system PANELTOR® allows multiple constructive solutions in UHPC concrete such as turns, jambs, lintels, corners or integral frames, a clear example is the residential complex Isla de Arosa of the Rafael de la Hoz Architecture Studio. The objective is to achieve a greater aesthetic beauty of the building and shorten the execution time in work.

PANELTOR® PROJECTS

In the case of projects that require the panels are adjusted to the demands of architects, designers and decorators, a sample of the flexibility of its panels are projects such as the Sentido Hotel in Benalmádena or the Conservatorio Profesional de Música de Teruel, both in Spain.

Developing all kinds of construction solutions has allowed PANELTOR® to develop 3D UHPC panels generating any kind of volume, this type of panels is very demanded by brutalist architects, post-modernists or deconstructivists.

MADE-TO-MEASURE PANELS FOR PROJECTS

PANELTOR® VENTILATED FACADE

The ventilated facade is a relatively new construction resource that has gained a place in the architectural market thanks to its great benefits such as thermal and acoustic insulation , aesthetic possibilities and building solutions .</The PANELTOR® UHPC high-performance ventilated concrete façade is fixed on a metal structure, generally made of aluminium or stainless steel, placed and anchored to the supporting wall by means of support and retention brackets. The panels will be fixed to the structure to form the visible face of the ventilated facade of UHPC high-performance concrete.</Depending on the type of project, PANELTOR® has developed three ventilated facade systems in UHPC high-performance concrete:

RESTORATIONS

The ventilated facade allows direct application on site on the supporting wall. In the case of refurbishments, it is an ideal option for cladding the facade as it hides cracks and flaws in the old facade, conceals the building’s own pipes and enhances the value of the building.

LONG-LIFE PRODUCT

PANELTOR® is UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) high-performance concrete reinforced with structural fibers.

The acquired benefits of both components make PANELTOR® large-format panels for ventilated façade ultra-resistant UNE 127748-2:2012 thanks to concrete, and tolerant to bending, compression and expansion UNE 196-1:2018, this translates into a “long life product”.

If by accident one of the panels suffers any damage, the panel can be repaired without the need to change the part, as is the case with other types of ventilated facade materials.

Hidden anchorage system for ventilated facades

SOLAR SHADING: BAGUETTE AND PERFORATIONS

PANELTOR® has a ventilated façade line of perforated panels for solar protection and aesthetic design of the building. The perforations can be designed at the will of the architect or interior designer and are made in a mould, without mechanization, leaving a homogeneous finish without sharp edges. These panels can be used for interiors as room dividers.

This type of panels requires our patented PANELTOR® hidden anchorage system which has ETA 17/0780 to certify the safety of the system at European level.

Joint with the perforated panels PANELTOR® has a system of UHPC concrete slats, the main technical characteristics of this system are the modular measures of 3100mm and 3700mm according to the dimensions of the standard panels, being able to adjust to measure for projects.

The color of the system of perforated panels and the slats can be made to match the rest of the project panels to create chromatic continuity in the building.
